We are the manufacturer and we have more than 15 years experience in laser cutting & engraving equipment. Our service after sales is good, we know how to solve the problems encountered in the use of the machine.
2. How long is the delivery time ?
For ordinary models,it would be 7-10 days;For special or customized models according to the production schedule, usually 15-30 days.
3. How Should i Pay for my order ?
You can pay 30% prepayment at first, then we will start to make production.When the machine is ready , we will take photoes to you, and then you pay the ballance. After we got your payment,we will delivery the machine to you.Our products support different payment methods in different countries and regions.
4. How about your service after sales ?
We offer the service from you got the machine,including how to install the machine,how to use the machine and so on.Usually we teach you by email and other online communications.We also provide on-site service, service charges are negotiable.
5. How about the documents after shipment ?
After delivery we will send you all the documents by courier, including packing list, commercial invoice and other certificates as required by client.
